Shipping Policy

KoiGuard ships to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.

Free Shipping Orders of $99 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the continental United States. Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii are subject to additional shipping charges at checkout. Free shipping applies to retail orders only — wholesale and dealer orders are subject to separate shipping rates based on order size and destination.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 0–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Carriers & Delivery Times We ship via USPS, UPS, and freight for larger orders. Estimated delivery times after your order ships:

  • Continental US: 2–7 business days
  • Alaska & Hawaii: 6–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier volume, weather, or other factors outside our control.

PO Boxes Yes — we ship to PO Boxes via USPS.

Cold Weather Shipping Hold Because our beneficial bacteria and enzyme products contain live microorganisms, extreme cold can compromise product effectiveness. Similarly, our Broad Spectrum treatment cannot be shipped in extreme cold. During periods of sustained freezing temperatures, we may delay shipment to protect product quality. If your order is affected by a cold-weather hold, we will notify you by email with an estimated ship date. If you need your order urgently during cold weather, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You will also receive notifications along the way.

Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us within 2–4 days of the expected delivery date and we will do our best to make it right.
