Fast fulfillment from our Arizona warehouse. Most orders ship same day.
Processing Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM MST on business days are typically processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM MST or on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.
During peak season (March–June), processing may take an additional business day due to increased volume.

All transit times are estimates from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Delivery times may vary based on carrier conditions and destination.
Order Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. You can also check your order status anytime by logging into your account or contacting us at Support@KoiGuard.com.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states).
- Alaska, Hawaii, and international shipping are not available at this time. Contact us for special arrangements.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for expedited or overnight orders.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at Support@KoiGuard.com or (480) 680-4679. We'll arrange a replacement or refund — no hassle.
Wholesale & Dealer Orders
Authorized dealers receive preferred shipping rates and expedited fulfillment from our Arizona warehouse. For wholesale shipping inquiries, contact your dedicated account manager or visit our wholesale page.
